Dispatch & delivery timings
Orders made Monday to Friday before 2pm each day will be dispatched the same day. Delivery arrival depends on the shipping level you choose (Standard or Next Day).
If you order by 2pm on a Friday and choose next day delivery, you'll receive your order on Saturday.
If you order after 2pm on the Friday, next day delivery will arrive on the Monday.
Orders aren't processed on Saturday or Sunday, and deliveries aren't made on Sundays. Everyone needs their rest, after all!
Any orders placed at the weekend will be processed on Monday.
Refunds & returns
Every 1 kg pack cat food comes with a 100% money back guarantee if your cat doesn't like it.
Just submit a photo of your cat's food bowl (within 30 days of purchasing) showing that they didn't eat the kibble.
You'll receive a full refund except for shipping costs.Please find more information in our terms & conditions.
Please dispose of any uneaten kibble in your home compost bin, and the paper packaging in the paper recycling.
If you change your mind about pet food, please contactcustomers@youremail.comYou’ll need to return the product unopened and undamaged within 14 days of receiving it.
You'll receive a full refund including original shipping costs, subject to terms and conditions. Postage of the return is not included in the refund.
